Increasing Awareness | Overlooked Reason the Hermit becomes Enlightened

Are you wondering about how you can Increase Awareness and The Real Overlooked Reason, why the Hermit becomes Enlightened!

Hello, Jason Cain here and welcome to the Ancient wisdom modern mind podcast and today I would like to share with you the concept of “Compounding awareness”.

The practice of meditation is widely used for spiritual and religious purposes. But over the years, other uses for meditation, like relaxation and stress management, have emerged.

The practice of meditation is associated with a range of physiological and cognitive effects, including lower blood pressure, lower cortisol, cortical thickening, and activation of areas of the brain associated with attention and emotion regulation. However, in the context of spiritual practice, these benefits are secondary gains, as the primary aim is spiritual transformation.

In order to aid our understanding of meditation, not only in the secular context of health benefits, but also in the context of spiritual practice.

The concept of Compounding awareness is the process of generating more awareness from your residual consciousness and then reinvesting the savings. This Compounding of awareness is the most powerful force in the universe and if your awareness is left untouched and isn’t squandered or diluted, it grows increasingly faster and your meditation will deepen.

To work this simple process only requires two things:

  • First is the practice of generating extra awareness through meditation which you can then reinvest

  • Second is the mindful reinvestment of this awareness earned, this has a compounding effect on your awareness which will then grow your initial consciousness exponentially.

For the serious meditator it is the greatest strategy possible, and the No.1 argument for starting this practice as early as possible.

  • Normal Practice #1: Meditator Jill

  • Compounding Practice #2: Meditator John

This basic concept of “Compounding awareness” will advance your spiritual journey more than anything else you put your time or effort into.

I’ve enjoyed sharing this concept with you, and I encourage you to explore and learn about yourself and to continue your journey, and if you have the time then let me know in the comments about your understanding of the spiritual path or how your journey has changed your life.
